Our Tai Chi classes demonstrate a variety of slow, repetitive movements working core muscles; it helps strengthen the immune system and improve one’s core stability as well as relieving stress, tension, aches & pains.

An ideal class for acute and chronic conditions- all classes can be done seated.

  • Every Tuesday at Streetly 11:30am to 12:15pm
