“Learning to save a Life for Restart A Heart!”

Some Heart Care staff & volunteers spent time in prepartion for #RestartAHeart this week.

Restart A Heart is an annual campaign in October which aims to increase the number of people surviving out-of-hospital cardiac arrests by helping more people learn CPR.

We want to show our appreciation to Healthcare Education and Skills Training who kindly offered this Basic Life Support training delivered by Trainer Anthony. In the session Anthony gave some great life saving skills techniques which can help to save a life, he also showed how to use a defibrillator correctly. Everyone who participated enjoyed the session and found it extremely valuable.
