Wendy Morton Visit It was great to host a visit for MP Wendy Morton recently! Wendy's Visit We were truly honoured to welcome Wendy Morton MP to our Walsall centre recently! It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the vital work we do in supporting local people living with heart and lung diseases. During her visit, Wendy took the time to tour our facilities, learn about our rehabilitation programs, and engage in meaningful conversations with both our staff and patients. Our patients especially enjoyed chatting with Wendy, sharing their personal stories, and discussing how our centre has positively impacted their lives. It was a joy to see the genuine interest and care she showed toward everyone she met. Wendy's Comments Wendy Morton had previously visited Heart Care Streetly and commented on how how valuable the sessions are so wanted to see the and meet the patients at Heart Care Walsall. Wendy said "I was once again able to see first-hand a team of dedicated Health Care Professionals working alongside an Exercise Physiologist who is able to monitor progress and give regular advice, offering exercise in a safe environment, as well as healthy eating advice, regular BP checks, and much more including a support group and social activities. "Thank you for another great visit and all of the work that you do across the Borough of Walsall! I will look out for your next fundraising event in the community. Oh and Thank You for the T-Shirt!
